Pricing

Maclan Perform is a subscription people function for owner-led businesses. You choose the plan band that matches your stage; there are no per-employee, per-hire or per-matter fees. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance by invoice. There is no setup fee, no annual contract and no charge for adding employees inside your band. Your fee is reviewed on each anniversary using the higher of your revenue or headcount band.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied in the first 30 days, tell us in writing and we will refund that month's fee in full. You keep any work we have already delivered. After the first month, our guarantees are measured monthly and each breach triggers a 25% service credit, up to 100% of that month's fee.

Outcome share

20% of every monthly fee is at risk against the contribution-per-head target we agree with you during onboarding. If we miss the target, that portion is not invoiced for the month.

VAT

All quoted prices include VAT. The monthly fee on your invoice is the price you see above, and a tax invoice is issued with each payment.

Changing plans

You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Upgrades take effect from the next billing date or immediately if agreed in writing. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing month. See the Cancellation policy for notice periods and exit terms.

What is not included

We do not mark up third-party costs, so we quote these separately when they arise: recruitment advertising spend, psychometric assessments, independent medical or forensic opinions, and external training course fees. Legal representation beyond the included scope is handled through our panel law firm at pre-agreed rates.
